Tito is the most chill senator in the city. But once he saw that an orphan named Chizuru was busting up a school, he decided to adopt her. This made citizens question his decision. Despite this, Tito treated Chizuru with love and care, as if she was his own daughter. As a result, he was able to help Chizuru become a friendly person, despite maintaining her delinquent habits. Not everyone was still impressed by this. Sometime later, the governor successfully falsely accused Tito of using his daughter to perform crimes. Tito was removed from his position as senator and he began to live the unemployed life with Chizuru.

This did not stop Tito from being cool, as being the coolest uncle in the city was his top priority. Tito began teaching Chizuru his insane skills of using a gun. With this, him and Chizuru started doing shady business around streets, but only business that does good for the city in the end.

Despite having a close, comical bond with Chizuru, his niece still wants to seek out her real family. When she did run away from home, Tito starts watching over her in the sidelines, ensuring that she's safe until the end of his custody of her. He hands Chizuru his ancestors' shine bracelet, which allows Chizuru to absorb bullets.

• His voice actor, Chake, ironically also voiced the same person that impeached Tito
• His personality comes from how Guam people like being chill
