Well, basically the demo has received multiple changes just because I kinda forgot to change several things, such as removing the hitboxes for debugging purposes. I also added a few things just from demo feedback. Anyways, I just want to list out the things I added since the pre-demo version of the game. There's really a lot I added.
- HUD with animated character portraits for the currently available characters and assistants
- 3 working stages with appropriate backgrounds
- The ability to recruit assistants by aiding them
- Xbox 360 controller support
- A working spawn for the common, aggresive type enemy
- A dash feature, which also comes with a dash cancel tech (this changes the game's meta actually)
- Character balances
- Healing orbs
- Changed boss portraits
- Boss HUD
- Assist HUD that changes depending whether you're playing one or two players
- A game over screen
- A title screen
- A user friendly, character selection screen
- Chapter starter
- A player select screen that has an Xbox 360 controller detection system
- A windowed, fullscreen selection game starter
- Team logo at the start of the game
- Gave appropriate sprites for the first boss
- Revised dialogue to sound less cringy
- Death animation for Derek
- Fixed second player controls
- Fixed UNLEASH bugs
