"I'll find a way! Construction dudes always make everything happen!"

Derek is a tired construction worker who carries out multiple tasks centered around a factory. When the Dark Army attacked the factory, he ran away along with his other co-workers. However, the hero team saves him and he decided that his days of cowardice are over. He follows the team until he sees that there is not enough planes to bring him along to the enemy base. He bids the team farewell and decides to renew his view in life. Now he creates inventions on his own to benefit the city.

One day, the city was under attack by the evil forces of Sensei Shawn. He uses his skills to immediately create a cannon to defeat his army. Derek succeeds and decides to adopt one of Shawn's goons Juichigo, who happens to just be a confused girl not knowing where to go.
