"I'm only doing what the people wanted."

Chizuma is a very young senator who has won the hearts of the people with his kindness and his passion to get rid of expensive paid parking. However, this made him easy to trick by the governor, who used him to promote the plan to build a nuclear bomb disguised as an energy saving campaign for the city. Chizuma was able to easily befriend gang leader Kamuro, not knowing that the plan would lead to Kamuro's potential death.

Chizuma is Chizuru's older brother, but he is not aware of this because Chizuru was abandoned early in her life. Despite having questionable parents, Chizuma prioritizes the well being of other people, which comes to show when he is hesitant on having Chizuru and her friends arrested.

Trivia

• He shares the same birthday as Chizuru, which happens to also be the same date when the youngest senator was sworn into office at age 28. Chizuma is 24 years old.
